A $200 hiring bonus is offered after 90 days with the company. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid California driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move up to 75 lbs.
• 6+ months of hands-on experience with persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist client in maintaining cleanliness of residence (household chores, room cleaning, personal laundry).
• Drive to program locations.
• Report and document medical information.
• Supervise meals and assist with meal cleanup.
• Assist with medication management.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
