Hearts & Minds Inc. (Molly’s House) is a non-profit agency providing support for adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting, located in Valley Center, CA. Part-time Direct Support Professional positions are available with various weekend and weekday shifts.

Responsibilities include assisting with household tasks, reporting medical information, supervising meals, and supporting daily living activities. A valid CA driver's license is required, with the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid CA Driver’s License with clean driving record is required.
• Comfort driving residents in your vehicle is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move up to 75 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in maintaining the cleanliness of their residence, including household chores, room cleaning, and personal laundry.
• Report and document medical information.
• Supervise clients in meal preparation and cleanup.
• Hourly bed checks and assist with medication management.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Other duties as assigned by House Managers.
