Job summary

Amivie, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and mental health needs.

You will support daily living activities, administer medications after training, and document care in an electronic health record, while maintaining privacy and HIPAA compliance in a respectful, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and reliable transportation.
• Successful background checks and health screening (TB).
• Ability to comply with HIPAA and maintain privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per plan.
• Administer prescribed medications after training.
• Safely transport individuals in company vehicles for community activities.
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) on time.
• Assist with meals, personal care, and goal completion as documented.
