The role offers a weekend schedule (Sun 7a-3p, Sat 8a-4p), full-time hours, and a competitive pay of $17.50–$19 per hour with a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff and $500 for part-time employees.

• Commitment to assisting people with varying disabilities to participate fully in their community.
• Ability to work as a creative, engaged, dedicated member of the team.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet program needs (holidays, overnights, double-shifts).

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities; assist with daily living tasks and community participation.
• Escort to medical appointments, banking, errands, and facilitate participation in outings and activities as outlined in plans.
