Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- CPR/FA certification.
- Active driver's license and TB screening.
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal prep and household chores.
- May transport clients to and from community activities.
- Support individuals in achieving developmental goals and fostering independence.
- Encourage community participation and accompany individuals on outings and social activities.
- Document observations and progress on goals and ensure a safe client environment.
