Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. in Bedford, NH is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.

You will assist with daily activities, transportation when needed, and participate in program planning. Pay ranges 18–19/hour; hours Monday to Friday 9am-3pm; full benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license and auto insurance required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Access to reliable transportation is required.
• Experience using Therap is a plus.
• Prior experience with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.
• Assist with daily activities, chores, meals, recreation, learning and fitness.
• Represent needs and contribute to program planning and implementation.
• Assist with transportation to activities and mileage reimbursement considerations.
