Shift hours are 8:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with eligibility for benefits listed; the position requires strong communication, reliability, and a valid driver's license to support transportation and appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSED required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; basic computer skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in decisions.
• Valid Class driver’s license required.
• Health assessment at time of hire and ongoing as required.
• Clear background checks per service standards.
• Reliable transportation.
• Provide proof of state minimum liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals per service plan, addressing physical and mental needs.
• Provide hygiene, bathing, toileting, escort, and mealtime assistance.
• Teach self-control and self-management skills.
• Complete client logs and charts within 24 hours or per schedule.
• Support daily activities tailored to individual needs.
• Arrange appointments and transportation with required documentation.
• Promote personal safety and follow all procedures.
