The role requires a High School diploma or equivalency, fluency in English, and a NY driver’s license with driving experience for driving positions. A compassionate, patient approach is essential to empower others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Fluent in English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals you support.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Support attendance at medical appointments and treatment plans.
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility aids.
• Plan and participate in recreational, educational, and social activities.
• Document daily notes and progress in electronic systems.
