Job summary

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll assist with daily activities, accompany individuals on community outings, and help monitor health and behavior. We offer full and part-time roles with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus paid sick leave

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• CPR certification is required or may be obtained.
• Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
• Take individuals on community outings for appointments, errands, or leisure.
• Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support care.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
