Job summary

DABS, Inc. provides comprehensive skills training and supported living services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will be a trusted presence, helping with daily tasks and supporting residents toward greater independence. We offer full and part-time positions with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus mileage reimbursement and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and TB test required; we can assist with obtaining both.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo state and federal fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily tasks including meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene.
• Take individuals on community outings for appointments or activities.
• Track and document changes in health and behavior to support care.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
• Work with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
