Job summary

Options For All in San Diego County is seeking an entry-level Direct Support Professional to help adults with IDD achieve independence in their communities. This is a full-time role requiring a High School diploma, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

You will provide compassionate support, collaborate with a dedicated team, plan engaging activities, and advocate for clients’ rights and goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
