Job summary

Options For All is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in San Diego County. This full-time daytime role includes travel up to 50% to Mira Mesa, Poway, and Rancho Penasquitos, with a compensation of $21.00 per hour.

You will empower clients to gain independence, advocate for their rights, and collaborate with a compassionate team to plan engaging activities that meet individual goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Empower clients to achieve milestones and independent living.
• Advocate for dignity, inclusion, and rights of individuals with IDD.
• Collaborate with a team to plan engaging activities.
• Create experiences tailored to each client’s goals.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
