Options For All is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with disabilities in building independence and participating fully in their communities. This community-based role involves regular driving between Chula Vista and National City locations, and offers benefits starting Day 1.

You will support daily activities, promote independence and inclusion, and document care using mobile and computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a background check.

• Encourage independence, dignity and community inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and community partners.
• Plan meaningful activities based on each person’s goals and interests.
• Help individuals connect with their communities through work, volunteer, and social opportunities.
• Follow health and safety practices to provide high-quality support.
• Complete documentation using basic mobile and computer systems.
