Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid CA driver's license
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Experience in human services or American Sign Language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with I/DD in daily living activities and promote independence
• Accompany clients to community activities and appointments
• Coordinate transportation to medical appointments and other activities
• Encourage social engagement and peer interactions
• Communicate with supervisors, families, and team members, documenting services
