Divine Homes Healthcare Services LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join their team in Fairfax, VA! Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support individuals in community integration, social activities, and recreational outings
• Administer medications and document care accurately in compliance with care plans
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and behavioral support strategies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment for all residents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in a related healthcare or human services role preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach
• Availability to work multiple shifts, including evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed
