Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of individuals in Adult Day Support.
• Provide direct care and support to individuals.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and medication administration.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
• Plan engaging activities and implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with a DSP team, supervisors and other staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Plan and participate in community outings.
