Qualifications

• Experience delivering personal care and daily living assistance.
• Ability to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Maintain accurate daily logs and progress notes.
• CPR and First Aid knowledge or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach life skills like cooking, laundry, housecleaning, and personal hygiene.
• Provide aid with eating, mobility, transferring, and grooming.
• Administer or monitor medications and track health concerns.
• Plan and prepare meals meeting dietary requirements.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications for emergencies.
• Ensure a safe living environment and report concerns.
• Facilitate social activities and transportation for appointments or events.
• Document care activities and coordinate with care teams.
• Communicate with families and case managers to ensure continuity of care.
