Job summary

Endeavor DDD Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help children and adults with developmental disabilities build independence and participate in their communities. If you are dependable, compassionate, and enjoy working one-on-one with people, we welcome you to join our team.

This role focuses on personalized support, skill-building, and collaboration with families. Training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement within a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Completion of required training provided by Endeavor.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in the individual's home and community.
• Teach life skills to increase independence.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care when needed.
• Encourage community involvement, recreation, and social activities.
• Document services accurately using our mobile app.
• Partner with families and the Care Coordinator to provide quality support.
