Endeavor Developmental Disability Services is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to serve Arizona's developmental disability community. You will provide personalized support, promote independence, and help individuals achieve daily living goals.

This role requires DSP experience, CPR/First Aid, Article 9 training, and Arizona Fingerprint clearance. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills are also essential.

Qualifications

• Must have current/recent DSP experience and relevant certifications.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be valid.
• Arizona Fingerprint clearance card is required.
• Article 9 training must be completed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Your Role As a DSP

• Provide personalized support to individuals with special needs.
