Job summary

Endeavor DDD Services in Peoria, AZ seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and local communities. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient care and strong communication to foster independence.

You will assist with daily living skills, participate in community activities, and document services through our mobile app. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Reliable transportation to commute and to perform duties.
• Ability to pass required background checks and complete paid training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support in clients' homes and in the community.

What You'll Do

• Building meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
