Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have current/recent DSP experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, Article 9 training, and an Arizona Fingerprint card.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with individuals with special needs are essential.
• Patience, empathy, reliability, and adaptability are valued traits.
