Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Part-Time 2nd Shift Direct Support Professionals to work in our residential programs located in Raleigh, NC. Schedule: 2nd shift - 3PM-11PM.

You will provide support for clients in daily living tasks, therapies, and outings, including driving to appointments. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, minimum 18 years of age, a valid driver's license with responsible driving behavior, and the ability to lift 50lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Reading and speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote clients’ success in daily living tasks, recreational activities and vocational pursuits.
• Assists clients with personal care and hygiene, therapies, and driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities and other outings.
• Candidates must be comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients.

We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.
