Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

The role offers a flexible per diem schedule and meaningful, rewarding work within a supportive team. You will help with daily living skills, community participation, and documentation while collaborating closely with families and colleagues, and you may receive ongoing training to ensure safety and quality of support.

A growing NJ-based provider is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct support based on each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines

• Supporting community participation and social engagement

• Encouraging independence in a safe and respectful environment

• Completing required documentation and progress notes

• Working closely with families and team members to provide quality support
