Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This per diem / flexible schedule role offers meaningful, rewarding work and the opportunity to join an expanding organization.

As a DSP, you will assist with daily living skills, support community participation, and document progress notes while collaborating with families and team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to complete background checks and training.

A growing NJ-based provider is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct support based on each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines

• Supporting community participation and social engagement

• Encouraging independence in a safe and respectful environment

• Completing required documentation and progress notes

• Working closely with families and team members to provide quality support
