Job summary

Oasis-Habilitation, a NJ-based provider, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on a per diem, flexible schedule basis to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

You'll assist with daily living skills, encourage independence, document progress, and collaborate with families and the team to ensure quality care in a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to complete required background checks and training.
