Job summary

Oasis Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings on a per diem basis.

You will provide direct support based on individual goals, assist with daily living skills, encourage independence, complete documentation, and collaborate with families and team members. Flexible per diem schedule offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Experience in DSP, caregiving, or human services is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to complete required background checks and training.
