Job summary

Oasis Habilitation in New Jersey is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for per diem, flexible schedules to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.

You will assist with daily living, promote community participation, and document progress while collaborating with families and team members to deliver quality support. Training and background checks are required, and prior DSP experience is a plus but not mandatory.

A growing NJ-based provider is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct support based on each individual’s needs and goals, including:

• Assisting with daily living skills and routines

• Supporting community participation and social engagement

• Encouraging independence in a safe and respectful environment

• Completing required documentation and progress notes

• Working closely with families and team members to provide quality support
