Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a part-time overnight schedule in Massachusetts. The role involves advocating for adults with disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, and helping them participate in the community.

Paid training and a sign-on bonus are offered. The DSP will follow Individual Support Plans, attend medical appointments as needed, and work a flexible schedule including overnights.
