The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightways Transportation Orientation.
