Brightway Living & Learning is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in New York. This full-time, hourly position pays $21.00–$23.10 per hour and requires a valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving history.

Shifts vary, including nights and weekends, with a focus on daily living support and community integration. You will work closely with individuals with disabilities, providing personal care, transportation, meal prep, and social activities while promoting independence and a sense

• Thursday & Friday: 9:30p-7a, Saturday:10p-7a (37 hours)
• Monday, Thursday & Friday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Sunday: 10p-10p (40 hours)
• Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Sunday: 7a-12p (24 hours)
• Tuesday: 7a-10a/2:30p-9:30p, Saturday: 12p-10p (20 hours)

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
