Brightway Living & Learning in Long Island, NY, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living, foster independence, and help them engage with their communities. Candidates must have a NYS Driver's License with a clean record and complete Brightway’s Transportation Orientation.

• Tuesday-Friday: 2p-9p, Saturday: 9a-9p (40 hours)
• Tuesday: 7a-11a, Wednesday & Thursday: 7a-11a/2p-9p, Sunday: 9a-9p (38 hours)
• Wednesday: 7a-11a, Thursday & Friday: 7a-11a/2p-9p, Saturday: 9a-9p (40 hours)

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living & Learning Transportation Orientation.

New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
