Shifts Available

• Monday & Tuesday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Sunday: 1p-9p (28 hours)
• Monday: 2p-9p, Wednesday: 7a-10a/2p-9p, Saturday: 7a-1p (26 hours)
• Thursday & Friday: 9p-7a, Saturday: 9p-9a (32 hours) (ASLEEP)- $17/hr flat rate.

The Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well­-being, and helping them connect with their communities. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference. This position requires a valid NYS Driver's License for 18+ months with a clean driving history and successful completion of Brightway Living and Learning Transportation Orientation. New Hires that do not meet these criteria will be offered a lower rate, starting at $19.00/hour.
