Job summary

First Resources Corp. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to empower independence for individuals with disabilities in Centerville.

As part of our Hourly Services team, you will assist with daily living, accompany clients to activities, and document progress on PCSPs. Valid driver license and flexibility required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities
• Provide transportation to appointments and events
• Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members

• Tuesday 12:30pm-9pm
• Wednesday 3pm-9:30pm
• Thursday 12:30-9pm
• Friday 8pm-12am (At the site)
