Job summary

First Resources Corp. in Centerville, IA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Hourly Services to help individuals with disabilities gain independence and participate in the community.

You will assist with daily living tasks, transportation, and documentation of progress while following Person Centered Service Plans in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks such as hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and errands.
• Support clients in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs).
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.

• Friday 8pm-12am (At the site)
