Job summary

Endeavor DDD is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Prevention & Support (P&S) certification to support individuals at home and in the community in Prescott and Prescott Valley, AZ.

We offer weekly pay, paid training, and flexible schedules. A female provider is preferred for specific support needs. Salary: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Prevention & Support (P&S) certification required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to provide safe, respectful, and person-centered support
• Female provider preferred.

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll become an important part of someone's daily life by providing personalized support at home and in the community.

Your Day Might Include

• Encouraging independence through everyday activities
• Assisting with life skills, routines, and personal care when needed
• Taking individuals into the community for shopping, recreation, or appointments
• Helping achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones
• Building trusting relationships with individuals and their families
• Providing support using your Prevention & Support (P&S) training
• Documenting services using our simple mobile app
