Job summary

HealthOp Solutions is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in Gilbert, AZ. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time roles with starting pay of $15.00 per hour, and flexible evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

No previous DSP experience is required; we provide training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow within the organization. Join a caring team dedicated to dignity, respect and independence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living including hygiene, dressing and toileting.

• Encourage participation in recreational activities and life-skills development.
• Accompany individuals on community outings and appointments.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support.
• Document services per care plans and policies.

About the Role

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate care and daily support to individuals with special needs in home and community settings. You'll help promote independence, encourage personal growth, and create a safe, positive environment where each individual can thrive. What You'll Do

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting

• Accompany individuals on community outings, appointments, and social activities
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and document services as required
• Maintain a safe environment while following organizational policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and fellow team members

Required Qualifications
