Job summary

Endeavor DDD Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support in homes and communities for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help with daily living skills, life skills, and community participation while fostering confidence and independence.

Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, collaborating with families and Care Coordinators, and promoting meaningful growth.

Qualifications

• Reliable, patient, and encouraging individuals are preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks is required.
• Must be able to complete required training provided by Endeavor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide one-on-one support to children and adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. • Helping individuals participate in community activities
• Teaching life skills through everyday experiences
• Encouraging communication, confidence, and personal growth
• Working closely with families and your Care Coordinator to ensure quality services
