The role emphasizes compassionate communication, patience, and adaptability, with possibilities for evening and weekend shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have current/recent DSP experience, CPR, First Aid, Article 9 training certificates and an Arizona Fingerprint card.
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized support to individuals with special needs.

• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
