Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with clients, following each person’s ISP, to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Compensation ranges from $18–$24 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a DDD-focused agency across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
