Job summary

Marrakech, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home.

You will help with daily living, medical needs, and community involvement, with paid training provided. Overnight shifts may be required and a valid CT driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Connecticut Driver's License.
• Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is helpful but not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines

• Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
• Working collaboratively as part of a compassionate, supportive team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful - but not required. We provide paid training to help you succeed.

Pay

• $19.28 per hour
• Additional $0.50 per hour with DDS Medication Certification
