Job summary

Ability Matters is expanding in Delaware County (OH) and seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with autism and related disabilities in gaining independence and meaningful community participation.

We offer flexible schedules (full-time and part-time) with competitive pay ($18–$20/hour) and a mission-driven team focused on inclusion and real-world experiences. Driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
