Job summary

Ability Matters is expanding in Delaware County, Ohio, and seeks Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with autism and other neurological disabilities in building independence and meaningful lives in the community. Pay is $18-$20/hour with full-time and part-time options, and location is Delaware County.

We are a community inclusion organization engaging in gyms, libraries, volunteering, restaurants, events, and real-world experiences.

Qualifications

• Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.
• Team players who take initiative and have a passion for inclusion.
• Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Experience is helpful but not required. Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
