Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking a caring Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support for a 23-year-old adult with developmental disabilities in Monmouth County. The role focuses on companionship, daily living tasks, and community participation.

You will work Monday to Wednesday, 9 am–3 pm in Manalapan, NJ, with driving on shift required. The pay rate is $18–$24 per hour. This position emphasizes safety, documentation, and reliable teamwork with the Kindly Direct Care team.

Assist with personal assistance around the house and help build independence, outings and walks. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys helping others.
