Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Monmouth County seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities. The role is in-home and community-based, focusing on independence and daily living skills, with reliable documentation and reliable communication with the team. Schedule: Monday to Wednesday, 9 am–3 pm.

Kindly Direct Care is hiring a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support to an adult with developmental disabilities in Monmouth County.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for a caring, patient, and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with a 23-year-old individual who is blind and has autism. Assist with personal assistance around the house and help build independence, outings and walks. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and enjoys helping others.

What You’ll Do
