Job summary

Waves, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Antioch, TN to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives.

You will provide daily living support, assist with life skills, accompany community outings, and follow individualized care plans with your team. We offer training, weekend shift uplift, comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, and growth opportunities.

• High school diploma or GED required.

What You’ll Do

• $16/hour, with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and PRN shifts available

What You’ll Need
