Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in the Damascus, Stroudsburg, and surrounding areas. You will build one-to-one connections, helping clients live more independently and confidently, with compassionate, person-centered care.

This part-time DSP role offers flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement options, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community

Compensation & Flexibility

• Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)
