Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in clients' homes. You will help build confidence, routines, and independence while delivering compassionate, relationship-centered support.

The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a short commute by matching opportunities near your home, plus scholarships and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (18+).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations based on client needs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities.
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area.

Compensation & Schedule

• $16/hr
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times - we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
