BAYADA Home Health Care in Cumberland County is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for part-time day hours. You will provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve personal goals.

Roles include assisting with daily living, accompanying clients to activities, and offering mentorship and companionship in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation to drive clients to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events.
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours during the week.

What You'll Do

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible

Pay & Schedule

$18–$19.00 per hour

• Weekly pay
• Flexible part-time schedules
