Casa, Inc. in Portland seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with developmental disabilities in group homes or in‑home settings across the Greater Portland area.
You will provide personal care, meal prep, and medication support, helping clients develop skills and independence in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment. A high school diploma is required, with experience preferred.

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), working with adults with developmental disabilities in either Group Homes or providing In-Home support services throughout the Greater Portland area.
Provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
Foster a positive and encouraging environment to help clients build confidence and skills.
Monitor and document clients' progress and well-being.
Communicate effectively with other staff members, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.50 - $18.50 per hour, based on experience. After 90 days, employees with their own health insurance through a group life, MaineCare or TriCare are eligible for a $4 differential, i.e. $21.50 - $22.50 in just 90 days!
