Job summary

Thrive CSS is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in their homes and communities. DSPs help build independence, meaningful routines, and strong community connections.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting skill development, and promoting participation in activities, employment, and social opportunities while following care plans and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks (PA clearances).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD is a plus, but not required.
